In order to perform this Trapped Ball science experiment all you need is a table tennis ball and a funnel. First of all take a funnel and place a table tennis ball in it. Now hold the funnel with this ball on your mouth in an upward position and blow hard through the narrow opening of this funnel. You will be amazed to see that the ball with stay in the funnel no matter how hard you blow. This happens because when you blow the funnel, the air pressure in the funnel becomes low sue to which the external air pressure presses the table tennis ball into the funnel’s mouth.

You may have noticed that the Trapped Ball science experiment is pretty simple to conduct and does not require much effort at all. Children can try this science experiment at their home and show it to their friends or family members. This science experiment can also be used for school project or in the science fair.
