Puppet Dance Science Experiment

To conduct the puppet dance science experiment you will have to follow few simple steps. All you will need is a pane of glass, tissue paper, two books, woolen cloth and a metal plate. Take a tissue paper and cut out several dolls from it. The height of these dolls should not be more than an inch. Now place the books on a flat surface and then lay the pane of glass on them. Take a metal plate and put it underneath this pane of glass. Put the tissue paper dolls on this plate and then rub the glass with a woolen cloth. Soon you will see that the dolls underneath the glass will start to dance in a very lively manner. When we rub the glass with a woolen cloth, an electric charge is formed on the glass. This static electricity attracts the dolls, which makes them move in a very vivid manner. To the onlooker it may seem like a group of dancing puppets.
